1.3 There is an independent advisory board that advises and reviews policies and audit results concerning impartiality, in order to overcome any commercial or other parameters that may prevent the consistent objective provision of certification services, to advise on issues of trust, transparency and public perception and to review the performance of these issues.
1.4 Compliance with policy and achievement of objectives must inspire confidence in all stakeholders in light of values such as integrity, reliability and confidence of the certificates issued by BM CERT.
1.5 BM CERT has the target so that the certifying management systems cover the requirements of the relevant national, international, or other standards on the basis of which the certification has been granted, as agreed between the Certification Body and its clients.
1.6 The Company is committed to providing and maintaining a high-quality, professional, impartial and cost-effective service, which meets the requirements of all the relevant standards, normative documents and specifications as required by the accreditation authorities.
1.7 The Board of Directors have the ultimate authority and responsibility to ensure the effective operation of the Certification Body’s management system by ensuring the appropriate resources are available and deployed.
1.8 All personnel are committed to understanding this policy, adhering to the principles governing it, the necessary documentation and competence.
